I would like them used *** Contact Options *** - 1800 Number (will be provided) - Captcha / recaptcha for all contact requests below: - Integrated Facebook messenger "Chat Now" button for LIVE Chat - Integrated Whatsapp messenger "Chat Now" button for LIVE Chat - Live Chat Offline toggle that allows me to turn live chat on or off manually - Scheduled Live Chat Offline (date / day / time) - Ability to edit my own Automated responses based on Live Chat schedule and save them as a template when Live Chat is off - Example if I take a Holiday - If it's really late (when I'm sleeping) - Ability to add my own initial greeting to live chat system and save it as a template - Link to send SMS (that opens SMS chat window on Android / Apple otherwise opens a browser window that send me an SMS) - Happy to use SMS gateway API - Link to send enquiry through Contact Us form - Link to send email using Outlook / regular Mailto:// - SMS / Facebook or Whatsapp alert when customer sends request through Email / Contact Us form (whichever is easier to create)
