i need an .html template with a style sheet for a reworking of an old site. i have a logo, but i am not sure if it would translate into a new template well, so i may need a logo as well.
i'm interested in a clean style something like this:

where there is not a lot of deep color, and where the sides of the template are open and will blend into the background of the screen.
i also want some sort of "bar" that i can insert text into much like the header bars on this page:

the ones that say "launch services", "newsletter", etc. i like the rounded top corners on them.
the template should have two full width layers across the top:
> one for the logo and at least a 468x60 banner ad (perhaps a 728x90 would fit?)
> one as just a grayish nav bar where i can put navagation links and perhaps the old "bookmark our site" feature
the next layer:
> should have a left column that would support at least a 125x125 bannerAd (and will also hold the remaining navagation links), and a very wide right column where i can write a short description of the page
