XTHML/CSS website design

Hi there, I need a new site done with XTHML/CSS template with tabless layout, just use DIV and CSS to make and style the layout. Then incorporate with Movabletype or TextPattern (or any other powerful but simple CMS, please suggest if you know any better system and tell my why you choose, no Joomla or any other fancy CMS, I need the simple system). The design will be simple and eyes catching, I dont like it looks like cheap template monster. I like the following designs : [login to view URL] : tabbed layout, nice colors, well organized ! ( except the "play" section, I dont like the center column much) [login to view URL] : love color scheme, font size, smart auto-resized columns. Look at them and please keep in mind that I dont like the copies of them. When place a bid, please include links to your portfolio and sample work, and clients refferences as well (I will confirm to ensure that you made them).
