I have more than 4 years experience working with Telstra, as a Business Consultant. Working thru cloud calls coming in here and we do help Telstra’s customers to activate their internet, explain the bills and sometimes trouble shooting, track and trace the delivery for orders like modem and others..though I’m here in the Philippines, I was able to do that. I became a virtual assistant for more than 4 years working with the small business owner in Canada prepare: pay slip for the employee, check schedule for the customers and updated their account for all the activities or changes. According to the requirement stated in advertisement, I have good skills in computer systems and languages; I have a perfect setting of office at my home, with a fixed line for telephone, internet, and computer to function everything in the right manner.
