Hello, I am expert in Windows CE 5/6 development. Usually Windows CE requires to have the hardware to adapt the software to it. I can develop the solution for you but need the MC3190 barcode scanner. I am situated in Croatia and if you can send me the scanner only for the duration of the project I will be able to make the software you need. Of course at the end I will send the scanner back.
