I have an MS Excel database where the first column has Applicants FirstName Middle Initial and LastName in One column.
The database comprises approx. 36k records in rows and is comma delimited.
Not All have a Middle Initial.
I need to make the spreadsheet show 3 columns. First_Name, Middle_ Initial and Last_Name.
Must make very certain that the other data fields stay in tack.
Please give experience with working with excel and formulas, programming etc. I need this repaired today.
