Implement GUI Skin in Visual C++ 2008

We have designed a skin in Adobe Illustrator for a desktop application. Now we want someone to implement the skin to the application's GUI. The development language and environment is Visual C++ 2008. You can use third-party tools/components/controls to help the implementation. We will pay the tools/components/controls you purchased for this project. You should use Microsoft MFC code style. Please deliver the whole project with all the source files to us. Note: 1. You only need to implement the GUI, all the controls need to perform as standard Windows controls, and no event handlers should be write. 2. Other than the main GUI form. There is also a messagebox which will also use the style of the main form, with two buttons whose styles are same as the "Save Log" button. 3. The source codes should be completely 32bit and 64bit compatible. That means the source codes can be compiled to a pure 32bit and 64bit application in Visual Studio. And can run under 32bit and 64bit Windows properly. Our questions for bidders: 1. Could you please tell us which framework will you use, MFC, ATL, WTL or STL? 2. Also will you use any third-party GUI components/controls? 3. Can you send us some screenshots of the skinned application GUIs you have developed in the past?
