Install windows server 2019 SCCM - ideally task for Certified person

Hello,
We want remotelly reinstall (restore) computers .... using sccm
we have for example
10 pcs old computers
10 pcs old notebooks
20 pcs new notebooks
15 pcs new computer
for example 15 pcs new computer are always same !
We have school ... and on computers are installed some another thinks that people install etc...
and time to time we want remotelly auto reinstall computers
We will make for computers (15pcs new computer) clean BACKUP ... then we want reinstall it !...
But if possible . we would like to remotelly install ONLY for example on PC1, PC5, PC7 --> photoshop and autocad....
We need prepare also some situations...
Person that have certification from windows servers are welcome !
I think this job its about 2-3 days...to complete everything !
In future we will be cooperate with freelancer that will help us ! :)
