Debug my WebCam Code.

Code in VB6.

I think it does not unload correctly.

When I run it on my laptop the first time it works fine.

After I stop it and turn it on again - it prompts for video source.

**Problem is it should not prompt for video source**.

It does this on my laptop and few othe PC.

I need it debug to work correctly.
