Create a Windows 10 System Cleanup script

We're wanting a script that we can double-click to run (batch or Powershell is ok, whichever you think works best), which will meet some of our specific system requirements including:
Log all existing users out of Chrome browser
Delete all Chrome temp files/cache
Delete files on desktop
Delete files in downloads
Delete system temp files
Clear frequently accessed folders list in This Computer (left hand list)
Delete Adobe caches (%systemdrive%\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common)
Empty recycle bin
Check that a specific list of network drives are mounted, if not mount them
Unmount any other network drives that are not in the specific list
