EUC – Onsite Desktop Engineer (Per Call Model)

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, 8,10 ,Linux and MAC OS
Experience in Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, mobile devices (iPhone and Android) and other authorized peripheral / equipment
Good understanding of hardware peripherals and troubleshooting in laptop and desktop
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements
Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintains, and restock assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels
Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and service Requests
Hands & Feet for Datacenter / Network issues in the site
Able to lift hardware’s more than 30 pounds
Knowledge on AV equipment’s and basic operations
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in End-User Computing
ITIL concepts strongly preferred
Experience in working on any anti-virus management tool
Knowledge in patch management like SCCM will be added advantage
Exposure to Windows Architecture, ADS, Networking, DNA and DHCP and Microsoft deployment technologies
Exposure to blackberry enterprise tools or other MDM tools
Strong hardware knowledge in different computer product
