Job Description:
A Singapore based Company looking for Freelancer to support the expanding business.
The candidate can work from home with flexible hours. Billing is done on case-by-case basis.
1) Acting as Nominee Director as part of the incorporation service we offered to client
- You will be the one to fill in the client risk assessment form and recommend whether to accept the service before you feel comfortable to take up the role as Nominee Director. A formal letter of indemnity will be signed by the Client to well manage your risk of being a nominee director. You could resign by given 30 days’ notice, should you feel any doubt about the company’s operation.
- At initial stage, as the only resident director, you need provide support for Bank Account Opening; in particular making arrangement w Bankers and submit necessary info collected from Client to fulfill the opening procedure
- As the only resident director, you shall submit EP application (3-4 staffs) with all the info collected from Client
- At initial stage, being the only resident director, you need to approve the CorpPass administrator and/or other government submissions (required SingPass Log In) when it is needed, based on Client’s authorization.
2) Acting as Secretary and provide basic board resolution and annual return filing
- Basic template is in place as reference
- You will need to sign the board resolution if all other directors have signed the resolution.
3) We also offer Booking and Tax Service to our Client; which is open for further discussion if you are keen to explore more service.
Requirement:
- Open to Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR ONLY
- Able to communicate well in both English and Mandarin, both speaking and reading
