541123 Create Wordpress theme from sample

Hi,

We need to have functionality from the site in the attachment created(go check it out, look good at the functions)

We just need the basic functionality from the site in a wordpress theme. we will do some modification ourselves afterwards and add our own content. look at the

- top bar of the page. the sliding submenu items and the sliding content. the rest is fairly basic.

we need the most right sidebar to be able to contain widgets.
