My client's site [url removed, login to view] has a main menu, submenu and drop down menus. We have a staging site at [url removed, login to view] where we are trying out the new WordPress menus system. When we changed to the new WordPress menus system versus the old system (where you told each page who its parent page was on the page's editing screen), a spacing issue arose. There is now a gap between the drop down menu and the main menu on the staging site. There was another gap (between the main menu and the submenu) that I fixed with CSS, but I can't find a way to fix this issue.
Deliverables (all work to be done on the staging site only at [url removed, login to view]):
- Remove the space between the top menu item and the drop-down menu below it so that [url removed, login to view] drop down menu spacing matches how the dropdown menu spacing at [url removed, login to view] looks (with no vertical gap between the main menu and the white dropdown box).
- Provide me with instructions and answer my questions on how to implement the fix on the live site. I will take care of implementing it on the live site.
