Integrate A Wordpress Directory Theme with An Affiliate Plugin To Pay Recurring Commissions To Affiliates Using PayPal Subscription API Codes

WHEN YOU WANT TO DISCUSS THIS PROJECT WITH ME THE FIRST QUESTIONS YOU MUST ASK ARE: 1/ What is the theme I am currently using & 2/ What Affiliate Plugins have a already looked at. Also, examples of completed work covering this Overview: 1/ I am using a Wordpress Responsive Directory Theme - This theme charges the user a subscription fee (monthly or annually) to use the service via PayPal Standard Subscription. The payment buttons are integrated into the Theme already. 2/ I need you to find an "Affiliate" plugin that integrates with my website and pays a commission to an affiliate each time an end user makes an automated payment (monthly or annually). An Affiliate has referred the end user to my site and will earn a monthly commission each time a payment is made. Commissions will be manually paid monthly to affiliates. So far I have found two Affiliate plugins that calculate commission on the initial sale, but not recurring sales unless the PayPal Standard Subscription Buttons are used. 3/ IMPORTANT PART OF THE JOB: I need the Payment Buttons on the Responsive Theme to be modified to ensure the monthly commissions payments are calculated for the affiliate referral using the PayPal Standard Subscription code. Also, the "Affiliate Plugin" must allow me to change affiliate commission rates for each affiliate and there must be the ability to provide affiliates with full reporting that includes commissions earned and payments made to them. Also, I must be able to create text ads and pictures ads with the affiliate codes embedded. I also want to see examples of similar projects you have completed once you have asked the two main questions about this project.
