Change wordpress desgn template

my website url is: [login to view URL] I'm using wordpress hebrew version with a free design Pages: Home page Games Programming Games Hacking Applications Programming Works (list of blog posts) Articles (list of blog posts) Jobs About Contact All pages except for works and articles are content pages Changes from current design: support for hebrew - rtl (the website will be only in hebrew) contact form at the left side for every page (left side because I want the site to be rtl) at the moment, at the right site there are: Categories, Meta and Tags. I don't need them I want the navigation bar to appear on the black stripe background (like Home link) and not on the top-right side which is above the background (like skip to content link) The budget for this project is $50 and payment will be made after the work is finished
