Custom functions for Divi/WooCommerce website

I am currently creating a Divi / WooCommerce site and need some assistance with some of the functionality and layout of the checkout page. The two current functions that I want to implement are below. Ongoing work will be discussed with the developer on completion. Shipping functionality We need people to be able to select the method of shipping, and the date that they wish the order to be delivered. Available delivery methods will be: Hand delivery, National delivery, Morning delivery, DELIVERY UNAVAILABLE On the checkout form, the delivery method options will only be displayed once a delivery postcode has been entered. Postcodes on list 1 will have Hand, national and morning delivery options. Postcodes on a second list will only have national and morning delivery options. All postcodes not listed in either list will display “DELIVERY UNAVAILABLE”. Depending on the delivery method selected, will also define the delivery dates available. National and morning delivery will be available to all postcodes in list 1 and 2 on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat. The dates selectable for Hand delivery (List 1) will be vary for different postcodes within list 1. Please see example below OX1 – Delivery Saturdays and Sundays OX2 – Delivery Saturdays only OX3 – Delivery Sundays only Lastly, If the delivery postcode is edited or changed after making a method or date selection, these must reset and the user MUST choose a new selection. I have purchased the plugin “ORDER DELIVERY DATE” and installed this, however it I have not managed to get it to function as above. Checkout Layout as follows: - On Right of page - Cart contents - On left of page the following form:  Delivery Name and Address at the top of the form  Delivery Method  Delivery Date  Text box for personalised message  Delivery phone number  Check box for billing details different from delivery address  (Billing details in above box is ticked)  Email address  Payment details
