Fix or Replace JS Code - Drag and Drop Rows

I have a table at [login to view URL] I need to add the ability to drag rows up and down in the table. The site is built on wordpress and the tables are built with the wordpress plugin called WPDataTables which provides a place to add javascript. I have pasted the javascript below that is for another project but we were unable to get it to work in WPDataTables. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
