My website [login to view URL] is a blog that has over 10,0000+ posts. Attracts around 1000 visitors per month. It was hosted on Siteground Hosting Services since Feb19. Since yesterday they have grounded my website for the following reason
With this notification we would like to inform you that our in-house Website Performance Monitoring System (WPMS) has signaled that your account constantly uses a large amount of the server's CPU resources. These excessive requests consume an abnormally high amount of CPU resources and endanger the overall performance of the shared server.
Your account consumed more than 143805 CPU seconds and 43277 CPU executions for the last 24 hours.
Violated terms of service:
No more than 40,000 CPU seconds for any given calendar day;
No more than 40,000 script or program executions for any given calendar day;
SiteGround's servers use stable hardware, as well as custom developed load-balancing monitoring system. This is why we let our accounts utilize even more CPU resources than the industry standard allows.
Unfortunately, your website's server resource usage is not suitable for a shared hosting server and that is why we will no longer be able to host it there. In order to ensure the stability of the server and all accounts hosted on it, we had to permanently limit the shared server resources your account can use.
We do understand the inconvenience this issue may cause you, but please look at the situation from our point of view - your account constantly uses more resources than the shared server allows and as a result the performance of all accounts hosted on the server has been affected. In such cases we must take the necessary measures to protect all websites hosted on the server. This is a standard procedure used by all shared hosting providers.
Here you can see that the executions of your website's [login to view URL] file are way too high and this is the cause of the issue. To find more details I then reviewed the website's access logs and generated a list of the IP Addresses that have the most requests:
Here you can see the problem - the [login to view URL] IP address has generated a huge number of requests. This is why I then reviewed the raw requests it sent:
From the last extract you can see that these requests are coming from Googlebot. Usually this would be great news but the crawler is generating way too many requests towards your site. This is why to solve the issue you should reduce the crawl rate of the bot by following this tutorial:

Once this is done you should update this ticket so we can double-check and if appropriate lift the restriction of your website.
I need a permanent solution for my website that is ever growing and the right advise to fix this.
