Install a banner advertisement system on a WordPress site for automatic banner posting + Business Directory

We have a content website and we like to let users advertise on it by uploading a banner or text with a link and we like to get it all automatic

The banners will be shown on the home page and article pages just like on this site and similar sites:

As well we are currently using the plugin Geo Directory to add businesses to the site - we like to have a system that allows businesses add their information and business to the site and charge for premium listings
