Need wordpress plugin to open external link in a jquery window.

I need to let my blog readers open specific external links into a modal or jquery window. Here example (not a wordpress plugin) [login to view URL] Click on "TO MADTHUMBS" and it opens [login to view URL] and loads the entire [login to view URL] site in a responsive jquery window + it has advertisement on top of jquery window. I need: Wordpress plugin wich opens - External links in a new tab but loads the external website in a RESPONSIVE jquery box - Extra header bar , where i can place any html code i want above the jquery box .(Similar to example) Flow: -Users load my site -click on specific external link - New tab opens mysite/goto/sitename-here - External site loads in a responsive jquery window with on top a headeer bar where i can place ads. Plugin configuration : - Specify the wich external link based on css div names - place where i can add html code for the advertisement on the top of the jquery window
