Searching For A Wordpress Developer

I have a one-page WordPress website hosted with Hostgator and I need help with 3 things:
1. the page is taking over 5 seconds to load. I have been talking to Hostgator support and they tell me that everything is working fine on their side, so it is probably an issue with the page itself. You need to make sure that the page loads under 2 seconds and use google guidelines.
2. Set up a blog so we can start adding content to the website regularly. The blog needs to look good and go with the design of the home page. very important to be able to add pics and video on the blog post. so you need to take that into account.
3. set up the google search console. I have been trying to verify the domain ownership via DNS and it has not been possible.
