Job Description:
I got website based on wordpress Elementor theme. I need to setup some parts of the website and fix some issues:
1) When website opens the screen "jumping" it seems like because of images are uploading - this jumping need to be fixed
2) Need to fix mobile / tablet versions - horizontally it looks like work incorrectly and got some extra spacing
3) Need to create pretty TOP and BOTTOM navigations - image attached
4) Need to create BLOG section with - 2 test blog posts
5) Navigation need to look pretty
6) Now PAGE SPEED is 98/100 - After it must be the same
You can suggest another theme for Wordpress.
