Spot the ball competition

I have an existing competition website which is already eCommerce enabled. It was created through Namecheap Easy WP. I'm looking to add an additional element to it - Spot the Ball. I would need to be able to post a picture and collect coordinates down to pixel level of each customer entry. Once the ball had been removed from the original picture then the actual location coordinates would need to be selected and locked in and stored.
Each customer would then place a cross on the photograph where they believe the centre of the ball is.
When the competition ends I would need to reference a customer entry and also display where their entry had been. Should the customers entry land on the chosen pixel they would be declared the winner. Each customer will also need to see where they had placed their selections and how close they were to winning.
As stated the eCommerce website already exists so this additional feature could be considered an 'add-on'.
