Job Description:
Hi,
I need assistance with making a Wordpress website for an hotel with integrated booking system and payment gateway. Here are the requirements:
- Each room in the hotel can either accomodate a single person, a double bed or a twin bed.
Each of the 3 solution has a different price to it, even if the room is the same. (I need a drop down in the search section with the possibility of selecting one of the 3 options)
- There are different sleeping arrangements for children. Some of the rooms can have an extra 3/4 bed added, either for one 8+ y/o child or two children up to 8 y/o. Each child pays extra R100/per night per stay. So we need an age differentiation on the children addition (2 selectors in the search :one with under 8 and one with over 8, respectively capped at 2 and 1 child each, and if one clicks on 1 kid over 8, the under 8 box is excluded)
- There are different refund options based on the timing.
- Bookings need automatic confirmation at payment and cancellation link in the email sent to the customers so that they can easily cancel the booking/get the refund
- The booking system and payment portal need to be in Rands (work with Payfast payment gateway)
- Guests can add free parking and airport shuttle to their reservation
- There are 2 seasons with different prices and monthly stay discounts
