Woocommerce custom fields, stock by warehouse and local pickup

Hello, I want display a stock table with prefilled data, this table will contains my stock by location (cities) like in the attached image, this modal or popup info will be shown when the customer do click in a button on the product page called "Stock by warehouse" or similar. Each stock data may be a Custom Field because I need fill this in bulk with a csv using WP All Import Plugin. In the cart page I need show this info as well. And i nthe checkout I need offer two options to my customers: a) Local Pickup (Please see the attached image "local_pickup"): Here the ckeckout may asks to the customer for "NAME" and "WAREHOUSE TO PICKUP" only, if the customer selects a Warehouse without stock, the checkout can't be finished and an error message will be shown "THE SELECTED WAREHOUSE HAVE NOT STOCK OF THIS PRODUCT, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER ONE OR CHOOSE ANY SHIPPING METHOD". b) Shipping Method (Please see the attached image "shipping"): Here the available Shipping Methods will be shown, a normal checkout form may be filled by the customer, name, business, tax id, addres, etc.... You can use my actual checkout form. I already have the ACF PRO and the WP All Import plugins installed and working.
