Need someone who has worked with this before, we have imported subscriptions into Woocommerce, no bank details so all set to manual renew. We then emailed all asking them to add bank details and as they do we then go in after and hoped to switch to auto renew. We have tried this it set fine but the payment then didn't process so renewal now on hold? need a fix??? HELP!
