My Wordpress server crashed due to a kernel-panic. After I power cycled the droplet (digital ocean), my website homepage says "Welcome to nginx!". I think something is just misconfigured now. My website has an SSL certificate as well, so I don't know if that needs to be reconfigured or not either.

Hey there. Your server probably started by default on port 443. You should try to start it on port 80. If you would like, i would be glad to help you to fix it. And by the way, once you have bought the certificate , there is nothing else to do to it, just add it to the server.
