Wordpress Theme installation

1. I have bought a wordpress theme, need it installed with demo turnkey data.
2. Need ajustment and change of some pictures, placement of picture and data changed. We do that together step by step.
3. Need appointment option on the page, where customer can book an appointment ( iphone repair ), needs to run google calendar sync.
4. Seo data / meta data need to be done propperly, everything made / changed i need to be able to change myself from backend later.
