Wordpress/WooCommerce/Mailchimp/SM Expert for Advise and Assistance needed

Current Problem is that I would like to update Mailchimp with all the Subscribers and all the Customers from my WooCommerce Website. I can download them myself but the format of the excelsheet is not compatible to be uploaded as is.
To get this done would take half an hour to an hour. Not longer. Therefore we are looking for someone honest to assist in this. We constantly have work to do but want to be sure we have someone honest and reliable.
