You would be responsible for finding the 10 pictures, creating the script, and then making a video with voice over that talks about why you chose each picture and how it portrays the role of Manager as Coach. The video needs to be about 10 minutes and the voice over needs to be a white male that sounds as if he is from the United States (preferably Ohio accent or Midwest area).
