we want to build a custom video tool based on the opensource video editing tool (moviemasher)

We need to change the design, layout and add a few functionalities on top it.

All the work is to be done in Flash and xml.

We will provide a detailed document and design mockups for shortlisted candidates.

Please bid only if you are proficient in flash, and if you can provide some previous work experience in Flash. We are expecting it to be 30 to 40 hrs of work
