I run a growing channel dedicated to clear, practical training on ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, quality management and wider professional-development topics. I already record all content; what I need is a reliable partner who can turn that raw footage into polished, high-impact videos and keep the channel running smoothly. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Video editing – Trim, colour-correct and balance audio – Add animated text to highlight key terms, formulas or definitions – Use clean, professional transitions that match the educational tone – Deliver ready-to-upload files in 1080p (or higher when source allows) • Thumbnail creation – Design eye-catching 1280 × 720 thumbnails that stay on-brand and boost click-through rates • Channel management – Upload and schedule finished videos – Optimise titles, descriptions, tags and end screens for search – Organise playlists and update the channel banner when needed Acceptance criteria: each video’s first cut returned within 72 hours, two rounds of revisions included, final files supplied in MP4 and project files archived in our shared Google Drive.
