Creator Acquisition Executive / Sales Hunter – YouTube Partnerships (India) Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy sales hunter to identify, approach, and onboard YouTube creators in India onto a global creator services and monetization platform. This is a performance-driven role focused on outbound outreach and conversion, ideal for candidates who already understand the creator ecosystem. This is not a salaried position. Compensation is revenue-share based, with additional milestone incentives tied to successful conversions. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify YouTube creators in India across relevant niches Conduct outbound outreach via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and calls Pitch creator monetization, funding, policy protection, and growth solutions Manage conversations from first contact to onboarding and contract execution Achieve a minimum number of successful creator conversions per month Maintain basic CRM hygiene (leads, follow-ups, conversion status) Coordinate with internal onboarding and operations teams once a creator signs Compensation Structure Revenue Share: Earn a percentage of the platform’s revenue generated from each creator you onboard, for the duration defined in the agreement. Milestone Incentive: Receive a fixed cash incentive for every 5 successful creator conversions. Unlimited Upside: No cap on earnings. Higher performance directly translates to higher income. Exact revenue share percentages and incentive amounts will be disclosed during the interview process. Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience working with YouTubers, creator agencies, MCNs, or digital media companies Strong understanding of YouTube monetization, AdSense, RPM, copyright, and growth mechanics Proven ability to do cold outreach and close deals independently Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outbound activity Strong communication skills in English and at least one Indian language Existing creator network is a strong advantage (but not mandatory) Success Metrics Number of qualified creators contacted per week Number of creators successfully onboarded per month Conversion rate from outreach to signed creator Consistency in hitting conversion milestones (every 5 creators) Who This Role Is For Freelancers, independent sales professionals, or creator managers Ex-MCN or digital agency professionals Individuals who prefer performance-linked income over fixed salary Self-starters who can work remotely with minimal supervision Important Notes This is a contractual, commission-based role, not full-time employment Payments are made based on actual creator performance and platform revenue Long-term performers may be offered expanded roles or fixed + variable structures in the future
