Messaging contest participants
Contest holders can initiate private chat conversations with any freelancer participating in their contest. This feature will be available regardless of a contest’s status, except for deleted ones.
Open contests
On the contest page, contest holders can click an entry to have a quickview of the entry. Below the entry are the details of the entry and more options for the contest holder. Among the options given is the Chat option. Click Chat to initiate a conversation with the freelancer who submitted that entry.
Awarded and closed contests
Contest holders and winning freelancers both have the option to initiate chat.
1. On the contest page, click the Handover tab.
2. The Chat button will be available on the Handover page.
