Reactivating my account
Account deactivated/closed by you
If you previously deactivated your Freelancer.com account, you can reactivate it from the Login page automatically. Here’s how you can complete the reactivation.
1. Login with your email address/username and your password as usual.
2. On the next screen, click Send reactivation code.
3. Enter the code sent to your email address.
4. Click Reactivate account.
If you already forgot your password, fill out the form below to request account reactivation from Support. Make sure to use the email address associated with your Freelancer.com account when sending the request.
Account closed by Freelancer.com administrators
If your account was closed by the site administrators due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, fill out the form below so we can give you the details of the account closure and whether or not the account can be reopened. Make sure to use the email address associated with your Freelancer.com account when sending the request.
