Completing / editing account details
Completing your account details may be a prerequisite to some actions on the website, so it is best to get them set up ahead of time.
1. Click your profile picture thumbnail from the main menu bar. Then, click Settings.
2. On the Profile tab, provide/update your details under the Name and Address sections.
3. Scroll down, and click Save Settings to finish.
I am unable to update my name and address fields.
If you have previously completed the KYC verification, your name and address fields will be locked.
To update your name and address, you will have to undergo a new KYC verification.
The selected country for my account is incorrect.
The country field cannot be edited for security purposes. To correct it, scroll down to the Security Phone Number section to set up or update your security phone number.
