Another way for graphical representation is in the form of a chart. The chart type of preparing and presenting cash flow is more relevant for annual report of corporations, college / university level assignments and any formal document, which requires detailed calculation to be well communicated to the target readers. The benefit of chart form of cash flow is that it clearly portrays the inflows, outflows and net cash position at the end of the term whether it is months, quarters and years. Another approach of the cash flow calculation is to incorporate both analysis tools i.e. graph and chart into one reporting format. So, this is totally dependent upon the requirements of client and accordingly the project can be implemented accordingly.
