Sourcing Talent To Company
• Recruit experienced IT/Technical professionals for Permanent, Contract, and Contract to Hire positions for our direct or implement clients.
• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Strategies like: Head Hunting, References, Text messages, Job Portals (like Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder or more) and Social platforms (like LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp and Twitter)
• Pre-screen prospective candidates over phone interviews, and negotiate their salaries/ hourly rates for Contract, C2H and Permanent hires.
• Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll or Full-time positions on a yearly basis and negotiate the benefits and commute expenses as well also schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and the client
• Applied executive search methods and creative techniques to locate hard-to-find and passive.
