• Handling Accounts Payable Process of TATA Teleservices Ltd. • Taking care of the Entire Accounts Payable for TATA Teleservices (PAN India Level). • Processing of more than 18,000 Invoices for Capex and Opex valuing at Rs.4,000 Cr. per month for TATA Teleservices. • Preparing Tax report (Service tax and TDS) • Making Budget for AP team. • Review & matching of Balance sheet & Trail Balance for smooth closing. • Preparing monthly performance dashboards for management reviews. • Review of Vendor reconciliation • Handling and supervising the P2P Team size 24 staff. • Ensuring that the team is compliant with corporate policy at all times and adheres to all risk and audit requirements. • Ensuring the business parameters of “Turn around Time” and “Accuracy” are met which are critical for the smooth functioning of the Process • Coordinate with other departments like GL, Taxation, etc for smooth functioning of AP. • Responsible for providing regular feedbacks to the team on their performance • Responsible for improving productivity of low performers • Maintaining Productivity reports for the team & feedback. • Handling Clients escalations • Baseline skill set for new hires and hiring the right kind of people to seamlessly execute the process • Appraisals of the Team Members taking regular feedback, focusing in maximizing Customer experience while optimizing cost.
