I am Working as a Management Executive in Nayatel Pvt Ltd. (ISP Company). I have more than three years experience using MS office and SAP. I have gotten two promotions in my Office on Saving 20 Man Hours /Month. My Job description includes:
• Supporting in day to day customer requests including processing of quotes and orders, invoicing, payment processing, recovery and services renewals.
• Extensive inter-departmental follow up to ensure timely execution of requested orders.
• Dealing with adjustments to customer accounts for Cr/Dr and account write-offs.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports in effective manner to provide an accurate summary of the week and month respectively to higher management.
• Customer’s database management including new customer creation and verification.
• Generating respective documents in SAP and CRM for completion of customer orders and reports.
• Creation of new relevant heads and GL in CRM and SAP
• Verification of Customer accounts through General Audits
