Mr. Moss is Managing Partner of The Prosyon Group, a private equity services business. Prosyon also caters to differentiated and fast growing start-ups. Prior to founding Prosyon, Mr. Moss has experience covering three decades as a banker and venture capitalist/private equity investor w/ JPMorgan, PB Capital, and The Riverside Company working with companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar clients. Additionally, Mr. Moss is a board director of several privately held companies and is a past director of the national alumni board of DePauw. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as well as an alumnus of professional organizations including Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Mr. Moss completed his MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business and his BA in Economics & Management from DePauw University. He has lived in four countries including Italy, Germany, and Brazil and speaks Portuguese with a working knowledge of Spanish.
