Ms. Abhilasha Kumbhat Bora is a practicing attorney and member at Bora Law Offices since 2009. She completed her B. Sc., LL.B. (Honors) as a Gold-medalist from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2007. She has also completed her LL.M. in Business Laws. In the past, she has been an Associate at Anand & Anand (leading Intellectual Property firm in India), New Delhi for two years. She has represented numerous high-profile clients before the High Courts in Delhi, Calcutta & Rajasthan in cases pertaining to IP infringements as well as other contentious legal matters. Currently she practices in the fields of IPR, Corporate and other Civil as well as Criminal miscellaneous litigation and non-litigation work. She also works for several over-seas law-firms as well as clients, rendering consultancy and advisory legal services. She has published 4 research articles in reputed journals and participated in several national conferences.
