Agile Technosys (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Agile Technosys did not do this. However, it was determined that Agile Technosys (the worker) had received an advance payment on the project, so they were given an extension to respond to the arbitration and upload the deliverables for which they received the partial payment. Agile Technosys (the worker) failed to do this, so their account was closed. All funds in escrow were returned to j3m1s (the employer).
