It enables the hiring managers to recruit many candidates at once. The recruiter/manager can create jobs and interviews, every interview has a questionnaire and each question has some time allocated. Recruiter can invite candidates to take the interview, candidates can take the live interview, and this live webcam recording is the best feature of the product.
