Accenture Business Services (Shared Services) Operations Lead (January 2009 – May 2014) As Shared Services Operations Lead, he has oversight responsibility of the entire shared service center (HR, Finance & Operations) in the Philippines (about 600 employees), and have direct delivery responsibility over the following functions: a) Virtual Executive Assistance (VEA), which provides Executive Assistant support to Senior Executives of all Accenture ASEAN countries. b) Cross Functional Reporting, which provides sales reports for the Operating Groups and Geographic Units globally. c) Quality Sales Reporting, which provides client satisfaction and opportunity quality reports for the Operating Groups and Geographic Units globally. d) Payroll, which provides payroll services to the 31,000 plus Accenture Philippine employees. Global Careers Program (GCP) HR Lead (November 2006 – December 2008) As the GCP HR Lead, he designed, implemented, and managed the program, which served as the engagement, expatriation and career development program for the company’s Delivery Center Network’s (DCN, which includes Philippines, India & China) high performers. He was based in Chicago, USA for this role. HR Business Partner Lead for Technology Growth Platform (November 2005 – December 2008) As the HR Business Partner Lead, he managed a group of HR business partners supporting about 3000 employees for assigned groups within the company’s technology business. His functions covered the areas of staffing to retention, orientation, relocation management, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications. Accenture Major Accomplishments: 1) Contributed to delivery excellence projects with minimum cost benefit (savings or avoidance) worth over US$1M annually since 2010 to 2014. 2) Pioneered the set up of People Mobility team providing end to end people mobility processes and services, and managing over 30,000 cross border movements. 3) Developed and implemented the 5-year strategic plan, leadership development, and people programs for the organization’s shared services that resulted to significant headcount and scope growth from an initial 20 HR and 20 Finance employees to more than 600 HR, Finance, and Operations employees today. 4) Designed the metrics and regular conduct of service performance review of the shared services for country Finance and HR. 5) Designed, implemented, and managed the Global Careers Program, the company’s expatriation program. He grew the program from an initial batch of 20 high performers to 3,000. 6) Designed and implemented the Capability Development support structure, and competency-based training curriculum for HR Representatives. 7) Defined the HR Representative Services Framework. 8) Developed onboarding and mentoring programs for the Capability Groups he supported.

He was in-charge of human resource and organizational development programs, and systems and process improvements for the company.
