I have over 12 years of experience in a cross function, global role across Business HR at Manpower Consultancies, to Corporate HR at leading IT Product & Service Companies. I was responsible for accelerated P&L growth by being a trusted Business HR Partner from gauging manpower requirements, to facilitating selection and onboarding, to addressing people matters, thereby resulting in 70% headcount addition and revenue growth in a span of 12 months, through regular people connect, reference building, client feedback and areas of new business opportunity. I've also executed global projects for the tune of 23000+ employees at a Corporate HR Level, including Performance Management, Training Programs, Global Mobility, Furlough, in addition to managing teams to carry out HR Service Requests. These programs received accolades from HR leaders for seamless execution with 100% adherence and participation. Prior to this, I worked briefly in the US as a Hiring Coordinator and gained knowledge and insight into a global workforce environment. Rewind to my earliest stint when I began my career with Citibank India, having donned multiple hats in the area of Sales Incentives, Marketing campaigns, Business Communication, Collateral design and Employee Reward Programs. Working with diverse stakeholders in varying geographies and industries has helped shape my perspective on the importance of effective HR interventions, programs, analytics and rewards.
