Proposed new structure of DB, GUI and simple approach to creating of such software .This system is used for economy of electrical energy by the Ukraine used: DELPHI-6, MS SQL Server, Visual C++, MFC, ATL, COM, Win32 API. 9/2001 - 5/2002 Project Leader/Analyst / Consultant, Korean Company (South Korea - Masan) Rewriting software of Data Acquisition with A/D PowerDAQ (UEI-USA), DASBOX-500 (SDS-Japan) and DSP using MFC. Proposed the system architecture solutions for acquisition, net transfer, analysis and showing of sound and noise signals for case of parallel and real time processing of these signals. Proposed system of post-processing of various signals. Proposed program system for control of special object produced by Hyundai company using A/D PowerDAQ (UEI-USA) . Developing of software for Embedded Systems. Created user interface(GUI) for various purposes. Proposed a simple solution of MDI-approach in Visual C++. Server application for PC was written on Visual C++ and client application for hand-held computer - on CodeWarrior in Palm OS. This project was created for Canadian hospital. As senior lecturer the teaching of Access, Excel for students. This system provides service for depositing clients and automated interaction between client companies and the bank, which performs correspondent money remittance between clients and bank. Created a Web-server for a client company. This server uses the existing company database. Tools used: Delphi-4, HTML, JavaScript, Visual C++, MS SQL Server. 12/98 - 10/99 Senior scientific worker, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine. Customized project: created, coded and tested "BookMaker" program system. This system analyses and processes information about the stakes on sport contests. It provides reliable protection of company interests against dishonest employees who use this program. By now, this program is working in more than 80 cities in Russia and Ukraine. Took part in development of database that is being updated daily with results from these cities Tools used Delphi-4, MS SQL SERVER, SMTP, POP, FTP. 9/97 - 8/98 Senior scientific worker, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine As a Project Leader, created an experimental system of graphic programming for solution of digital signal processing problems. Developed principal structures and algorithms for creation of this system. Tools used: DELPHI. 8/98 - 10/98 Senior scientific worker, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine Custom created "Prompter" system for TV anchors (similar to "+WINPLUS +Teleprompting Software for Widows").This system offers a smooth-scrolling VGA output through the use of DirectDraw (DELPHI-4). 1986 - 1994 Senior scientific worker, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine; Institute of Computers, Minsk, Belarus. As a Project Leader, proposed and created a new visual Programming language (visual Fortran) that simplifies man-machine interaction. Programs written in this language are more understandable and visually comprehensible as compared to the ones used in the existing programming languages. These programs consist of sentences built according to linguistic rules (for English and Russian languages) and they are closer to mathematical texts. The Mathematician, an experimental system, was eventually developed on the basis of this language. Developing of Software for Special Embedded Systems for Power Control . Creating of the system software (assembler, OS) for special DSP. Tools used: special languages, Fortran . 1984 - 1987 Project Leader, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev; Institute of Hematology, Kiev, Ukraine As A Project Leader, proposed and developed together with my wife Hematologist, the diagnostic system. Tools used: Pascal, Fortran. 1975 - 1983 Competitor for a candidate's degree ; Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine; Institute of Problems of Control, Moscow, Russia; Institute of Precise Mechanics and Computing Engineering, Moscow, Russia. As a competitor for a Ph.D. degree, made a careful study of familiar operating systems (B1700, B6700). Developed dynamic memory allocation algorithm analysis methods, new efficient dynamic memory allocation algorithms. These algorithms were used in special computers. On the basis of this work, defended Ph.D. thesis "Investigating and Developing Dynamic Memory Allocation Methods for Shared Microprogramming Computers" in 1983 for Higher Attestation Commission (Moscow, Russia). Tools used C, Nedis, Fortran, SDL and special system development languages. 1975 -1983 Main Programmer/Analyst, Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine, Institute of Precise Mechanics and Computing Engineering, Moscow, Russia. As a Computer Programmer/Analyst for a large computer corporation (Moscow Research Engineering), coded and tested interpretation and translation programs. By Institute's invitation, did a presentation at a seminar, as well as an overview lecture and analysis of operating systems (MCP-Master Control Program for B1700, B6700). As a result, I was awarded a certificate for using scientific results for this lecture. As a Chief Programmer/Analyst, designed and proposed operating system for two processor computers. Tools used: special system development languages, PL/1. 1973 - 1975 Programmer/Student, Institute for Control Problems, Moscow, Russia; Physics and Technical Institute, Moscow, Russia As a graduating student of the Moscow Physics and Technical Institute, my thesis was "Optimal Control of Static Objects" at the Moscow Research Institute for Control Problems. Used Fortran and programming languages for analog and hybrid computers (1975). EDUCATION: 1969 - 1975 Moscow Physics and Technical institute (MPTI), Moscow, Russia, Faculty of a radio engineering and technical cybernetics (M.Sc.). Speciality - engineer-physicist, system of automatic control 1978 - 1982 Post-graduate studies at the Institute of Cybernetics, Kiev, Ukraine (Ph.D.). Published over 40 scientific articles.
