Job Description & Key Responsibilities: 1.Responsible & supervise all kinds of Raw materials (Imported=3200 & Local=7800 Item) Safety Stock, Re-Order Level, Re-Order Qty by a planned and systematic inventory management of the company in a computerized system so that production will not suffer due to shortage of Raw Materials. 2.Responsible to preparation of Annual inventory, half yearly inventory & quarterly inventory check Physical and book balance on regular basis. 3.Responsible to develop the organization Indent, MPI Draft, MPI (Monthly Purchase Indent), MRR (Materials Received Record), QID, Stock Transfer, Issue, Cash Bill & Credit Bill in Matrix ERP (Enterprise Resorise Planning) & Stock update in FoxPro Software. 4.Responsible to develop the organizational Weekly Imported Materials Analysis Report, Monthly Stock Report, Monthly Valuation Report, Last Purchase Rate Analysis, GRN (Goods Received Note), Imported Materials Carrying Bill, Discrepancy Report, Daily Crisis & Receiving Materials list to Communicate with Costing, Procurement & Production Department by MS Access & MS Excel. 5.Responsible & Supervise overall IT application of the Warehouse Section. 6.File kipping manual & capabilities.
