Currently I am part of Yardi software team ,Pune as Billing Specialist. My role is to process data & its analysis. Previously, I was part of Digital Age Retail Private Limited team, Pune as Logistics Executive .My role was to coordinate with dispatch, customer care team as well as courier partners for smooth work chain until the process of delivery is completed. Maintaining MIS and generate report on regular basis of all the dispatched & delivered orders and analyse the MIS courier partner wise for their ups & downs. Previously, I worked with Digicall.I worked there as a senior executive handling a team of 8 people. My role was handling escalation call providing the support to other agent on call, giving the feedback and training to agents. Before that I also worked with Vidarbha Steel Strip Industries and IMRB, Pune. My role was doing Data Processing, Testing of Software and analysis of Data using in-house software QUEST.
